Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Leon County, Florida, the Leon County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Leon County, Florida, described as:
A parcel of land lying in an being apart of that parcel of land being described in Official Records Book 2031, Page 2052, et seq., of the Public Records of Leon County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a brass pin in concrete marking the intersection of Martin Luther King Boulevard and Brevard Street; thence South 89 degrees 48 minutes 59 seconds West, along the centerline of Brevard Street, a distance of 30.00 feet to an intersection with the Northerly prolongation of the Westerly right-of-way boundary of Martin Luther King Boulevard; thence leaving said centerline, South 00 degrees 09 minutes 51 seconds East, along said Northerly prolongation and said Westerly right-of-way, a distance of 362.58 feet to an intersection with the Northerly right-of way boundary of Georgia Street; thence South 89 degrees 49 minutes 40 seconds West, along said Northerly right-of-way, a distance of 134.72 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. From said POINT OF BEGINNING, thence continue South 89 degrees 49 minutes 40 seconds West, along said Northerly right-of-way, a distance of 50.000 feet; thence leaving said Northerly right-of-way, North 00 degrees 10 minutes 13 seconds West a distance of 170.28 feet; thence North 89 degrees 49 minutes 20 seconds East a distance of 50.00 feet; thence South 00 degrees 10 minutes 13 seconds East a distance of 170.29 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 A.M. on the prescribed date at the listed website www.leon.realforeclose.com, on July 31, 2025. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale other than the property owner must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
